Life in the high risk areas such a red light area, war
zones, communal attacks, civil wars etc have people living
under severe trauma. Innocent children are the most affected
by it. Sahasee Embers has chosen to work in the red light
area, in order to give the children a safe environment and
wholesome remedy in trauma informed counselling. Here the
child gets to speak up his/her likes and dislikes joy and
pain, love and betrayal/hurt and desire of the future. We
have well trained professionals coming to assist our
children. A specified treatment program is planned for each
and every child that comes to our center. The after effects
of counselling is confidence, oneness and never give up
attitude that the child shows to all at the center. Sad

Chritsmas is a much awaited festival worldwide. It is
recognised as a season of joy and celebrations, homemade
goodies etc. It is also known and accepted as a season of
giving. Sahasee embers have committed themselves to spread
the christmas cheer among the children that live in a high
risk community called the red light area. we had an event
called "Joy to the World". The event was flagged off by Mrs.
Philomena loboo and featured the distribution of gift
hampers among the underprivileged children accompanied by
lots of music, dance and other activities. The special
attraction was the magic show. The program successfully
concluded by the end of the day with wonderful lunch and
treats.
